Iron Man!

I can finally say what I am working on.

Sega has us developing the game for the upcoming Iron Man movie. It should be a pretty cool movie from what we’ve seen so far and I’m excited about it’s potential. I’ve always liked Iron Man ever since I was a little kid so I was pretty happy to hear we were the studio chosen to do the title for the PS3 and XBox360.

I’m a bit tired of doing lower polygon character work, I did it for the NintendoDS game that was recently canceled, for America’s Army:Rise of a Soldier and Magic:The Gathering. This time around, I thought it would be a nice change to do some environment work. It’s been a long time since I’ve done any so it’s great to dust off those skills again. I gotta say though, it was mighty tempting to try my hand at some of the characters that will be in this title. There are a lot of great designs that would be fun to model.

GDC is also this week and we have a booth there, I’ll be sure to take a couple of pictures and post them.
